The Detail Protective Services is seeking skilled Armed Executive Protection Agents to join our dynamic team, offering a diverse range of security services, including unarmed and armed security work, for high-profile clients. 

Our professionals come from varied backgrounds including law enforcement, military, and private sectors, ensuring a comprehensive approach to security. Specializing in protective services, management, consulting, and threat assessment, we're committed to delivering concierge-level service. 

Our mission is to ensure client peace of mind, allowing them to concentrate on their main operations while we provide discreet, effective, and customized security solutions 

Provide executive protection/close protection services to high-profile/net-worth clients while maintaining the utmost level of confidentiality. Executive Protection Agents are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client.

– Perform mobile and static low-profile / covert protection and counter surveillance

– Conduct advance work and report on gathered intelligence.

– Safeguarding and maintaining highly sensitive and confidential information of the client and/or principal.

– Transporting the principal(s) in designated vehicles in a safe, professional and efficient manner. 

– Traveling (domestically and internationally) in support of protective operations.

– The ability to work irregular or extended hours with an ever-changing schedule. Typical schedules include overtime, nights, holidays and weekends on a regular basis.

– Conducting thorough investigations and preparing written documentation regarding non-routine incidents with reports, pictures and witness statements.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid and current driver license.
• Current CA BSIS Guard Card
• Valid CA CCW or HR218 CCW
• Current CA BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
• Training Certifications for Powers of Arrest & Weapons of Mass Destruction
• Training Certifications for all BSIS Mandated Training & Education (32 hours)
•  Current Firearms Qualifications
• 2+ years of Residential/Executive Protection experience with high-net-worth individuals.
• Drug free
• Professional demeanor, grooming and appearance.
• Pass a pre-employment background investigation.
• Required to sign a confidentiality & non-disclosure agreement.
• Accustomed to operating in dynamic and high paced situations.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Professional and positive communication style.
• Ability to stay level headed and respond quickly in stressful situations.
• Due to the nature of the industry, willingness to work with dynamic shifts and overtime hours.
• Possess a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance.
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed.
• Comfortably kneeling, carrying up to 50lbs, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.

• College educated (e.g., Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree)
• Prior military or law enforcement experience with a proven track record of leadership responsibilities.
• If private security background, at least 3 years in close protection.
• Medical experience (e.g., EMT, Paramedic, etc.)
• International travel experience
• Possess a valid U.S. Passport and be able to travel.
• Previous security experience, including remote monitoring, access control, physical security, emergency response.
• Familiarity with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and camera system
• Prior training in emergency medicine, defensive tactics, arresting techniques, and tactical firearms.
