✔ AGENCYLINK™ & COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH
AgencyLink™ is a revolutionary new way to keep your Computer Aided Dispatch System connected not only with your own staff, but all the public service agencies you work with.
✔ RESPONSE REQUESTS
With AgencyLink™, partnering agencies can send response requests without having to pick up the phone. These requests are directly added to the CAD System via an easy-to-use web portal. From this portal, agencies can share update and even cancel requests.
✔ RESPONSE TRACKING
The requesting agency can see the status of their request through the CAD system, including which police units are assigned and their status. The agency can also see all of their previous requests and the outcome of those responses.
✔ CONTROLLED ACCESS
Client portal accounts are managed by the public safety agency using 10-8 Systems’ computer aided dispatch software. Additional accounts can be added or revoked at any time for the Client. Clients are able to view daily activity reports, incident reports, citations, and control parking permits all through their individual Client portal.
✔ COMMUNICATION
Giving critical information over the phone easily ends in mistakes, such as wrong locations or call types. With information being directly inputted by the requesting agency, the chances for mistakes are slim to none.
✔ FULL RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our software is a cloud-based and easy to use RMS software that reduces records management issues and enhances workflow. This system also enables law enforcement and security agencies to easily access information from the web based database from any device with proper credentials.
2. BODY-WORN CAMERA SYSTEMS
All patrol officers within our agency are equipped with HALO body-worn camera systems to capture critical evidence when moments matter in the field. These cameras are worn at chest level, providing a clear first-person perspective within the officer’s natural line of sight.
Upon activation, both audio and video recording begin with a pre-event buffer that captures up to one minute of footage prior to activation. This feature is designed to document rapidly evolving incidents where immediate activation may not be possible.
Ultimately, body-worn camera footage enhances accountability and transparency for both officers and members of the public. The presence of cameras has been shown to positively influence behavior during interactions, reducing the likelihood of verbal threats, disorderly conduct, or escalation. In addition to their evidentiary value, HALO body-worn cameras serve as a powerful de-escalation and officer-protection tool—helping safeguard our officers and the people and spaces we are assigned to protect.

3. Radio Communication
All TDPS patrol officers are equipped with mission-critical, LTE-based push-to-talk radios to ensure constant, reliable communication in the field. These radios operate over priority cellular networks rather than traditional line-of-sight radio repeaters, allowing officers to stay connected across wide geographic areas without coverage gaps.
TDPS radios provide crystal-clear digital audio, instant push-to-talk functionality, and encrypted communications to protect sensitive operational traffic. Officers can communicate one-to-one, within assigned talk groups, or agency-wide as needed—ensuring rapid coordination during routine patrols, emergencies, and evolving incidents.
Each radio supports GPS location services, allowing real-time visibility of officer locations for enhanced situational awareness and faster response coordination. Over-the-air programming ensures channels, priorities, and configurations can be updated remotely without removing radios from service.
Ultimately, our radio communication system enhances officer safety, accountability, and operational efficiency.
